Zaytinya is a lively 140-seat restaurant located within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. Sophisticated yet welcoming, the restaurant—helmed by Chef José Andrés—offers a menu that reflects the rich regional diversity of traditional Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines, served in an elegant and modern setting. Andrés first launched this concept in Washington, D.C., in 2002; twenty years later, New York is home to the restaurant's second location. In New York, Rockwell Group crafted refined and inviting interiors that blend warm bronze finishes with white oak wood. Blue accents dot the light, neutral space, evoking the blue waters of the Mediterranean, while soft-lined furniture, lightweight blue-shaded curtains, linen acoustic panels, and bands of blue tiles embedded in the herringbone-patterned flooring create a welcoming ambiance that perfectly complements the wedge-shaped space. In this interplay of contrasting colors and shapes, Gessi Inciso lends the bathroom spaces a contemporary style, enhancing their New York appeal. Photo Credit: Jason Varney Photography
