Villa Lea is a private residence on the French Riviera, near Monte Carlo, nestled in a rich park of 48,500 square feet. With spaces defined by large glass walls overlooking the Mediterranean exclusively, the complex is spread over multiple levels and consists of a main house, three outbuildings, a swimming pool, and a pool house. The villa morphologically adapts to the altimetric profile of the coast, fitting perfectly into the rocky wall that shapes it. It is a project where nature and architecture constitute a single identity, highlighting the design approach of the Donizelli Studio in Milan. From the desire for a harmonious encounter with the landscape derives the meticulous care in the refined selection of materials, particularly Mediterranean marbles, furnishings, and the design of architectural structures, all choices that enhance outdoor living. The approach of the work led architects Massimo and Marco Donizelli to devote special attention to the terraces and the pool area, equipping them with Gessi Outdoor showers, through which the company brings outdoor design and the benefits of Private Wellness.
