On the Altavilla hill, one of the most prestigious areas of Alba, overlooking the vineyards of the UNESCO-listed Langhe, an early-twentieth-century residence regains its identity through a careful restoration. The project restores coherence to the original spaces, enhancing the historic architecture while introducing a contemporary language of light, natural materials and measured elegance. Within the bathrooms, Gessi solutions become the protagonists of the everyday experience, interpreting water as a gesture of wellbeing and comfort. The Inciso collection introduces a refined, graphic presence, while Anello brings a harmonious, sculptural character that dialogues naturally with the home’s materials and proportions. In the kitchen, Intreccio Gessi 316 expresses the strength and purity of steel, combining technical precision with a distinctive material presence, perfectly integrated into the project’s contemporary aesthetic. The result is a residence where memory and modernity meet in natural balance, with Gessi collections contributing to an idea of authentic, quiet luxury deeply connected to its surroundings.
