Villa 70

Villa 70, designed by Capezzone Architecture, is a contemporary retreat nestled in the Alpine landscape, where essential materials and pure geometries shape a sophisticated, quiet residence. The interiors are finely tuned to respond naturally to their surroundings, balancing function and poetry. In the bathrooms, Gessi’s Anello collection introduces a sculptural accent: its ring shape both symbolic and structural—offers a discreet beauty, seamlessly integrated into the interior architecture. In the kitchen, the Flessa model from the Gessi 316 collection, in the refined Warm Bronze finish, adds a warm, contemporary presence that enhances the materiality of the space. It reinforces the project’s identity, blending aesthetics and performance in an everyday object of timeless elegance.
