In Astana, a fluid and dynamic building rises like a precious gem, becoming a new landmark in the landscape of the capital of Kazakhstan. The spectacular project, located on the outskirts of the city, in Nur-Sultan, less than 1.2 miles from the Bayterek Monument, near the Ishim River, whose rippling waters are emulated by the undulating facade, is inspired by the yurt, a typical circular tent of Central Asian populations. The multifunctional complex, The Veil, which represents an intermediate element between architecture and nature, hosts three ethnic restaurants and a five-star boutique hotel with an attached spa. It boasts soaring arches, spiral staircases, and abstract furnishings in a perfect blend of art and comfort, which continues in the hotel rooms and bathrooms, where the architects of the Italian studio Archea Associati have chosen the ancient solidity with the contemporary look of the GESSI Inciso collection, designed in collaboration with the Rockwell Group, completing the architectural ingenuity and contemporary luxury of the building.
