Villa Monterey is an extraordinary private property in Ibiza, surrounded by 323,000 square feet of green park, designed by the Beirut-based studio of Patrick Helou. The structure consists of a group of essential white cubic volumes that span two levels and a basement, while the rooms, terraces, and two independent outbuildings enjoy magnificent views of the Balearic Sea. Marble floors and the predominant white color in the interiors enhance the sense of architectural continuity with the landscape in a project that blends rocks, pebbles, greenery with natural wood, marble, and noble metals. The design strongly promotes outdoor living with spaces for relaxation and entertainment, such as the outdoor pool, ensuring comfort and well-being. It is the award-winning Gessi faucet collection, called Inciso, designed in collaboration with New York architect David Rockwell, that furnishes the bathroom spaces.
