On the second floor of the Mottolino Fun Mountain headquarters, the first private project in Livigno in anticipation of the 2026 Winter Olympics, is the new restaurant Kosmo Taste the Mountain - Livigno & AlpiNN. The structure, designed by architect Anselmo Fontana of the LPS studio on a 3230-square-foot area overlooking the mountains, features spaces on the first floor designed for smart working, co-working, and streaming. On the second floor, the restaurant offers a cuisine based on the ethical philosophy of Norbert Niederkofler's Cook the Mountain, a three Michelin Star and Green Star chef. Sustainability, local approach, and a commitment to minimizing waste are shared values of GESSI and KOSMO Taste the Mountain. The interior design is by Progetto CMR, under the guidance of architect Massimo Roj, who created bespoke furnishings, including the scenic 43-foot-long table made from a single piece of cedar wood and the 79-foot wooden bar counter, crafted with cutting-edge technologies. For the kitchen and bathrooms, two collections in perfect line with its ecological ethics were chosen: the Gessi316 Kitchen mixer, made of 100% recyclable steel, and the Inciso sensor faucet that reduces water waste.
