The love for art by Alexander and Carrie Vik, owners of the Vik hotel chain, is reflected in the interior of the jewel designed by Leonardo Malesardi and Marcelo Daglio, set in the magnificent frame of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of Milan, just a few steps from the Duomo. The structure perfectly embodies the concept of an art hotel, enriched, as it is, in every part by works of Italian, Uruguayan, and international artists. The rooms are true exhibitions always available to the hotel's guests, each characterised by a unique style that enhances the extraordinary historical context in which it is set and makes Vik Milano a celebration of culture, art, and design. As already happened with the Viña Vik Hotel in Millahue, Chile, for the bathroom furnishing, Carrie and Alexander chose Gessi Goccia collection in brushed finish, which can be considered as a true work of art and contributes to the aesthetic experience of guests as much as paintings, sculptures, and installations that distinguish this hotel from every other.
