Nestled in the vineyards of the Langhe, in the Villaggio Narrante of Italy, the historic Cascina Galarej has been transformed into a charming hotel that combines history, contemporaneity and nature. Part of the project by Cristiana Catino from the ACC Naturale Architettura studio with PlaC, winner of the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2024 in Ljubljana, the hotel offers a 360° view of the vineyards and Grinzane Cavour Castle. Located in the Fontanafredda winery estate in Serralunga d'Alba (CN), Cascina Galarej is a 4-star hotel surrounded by UNESCO hills. It is the ideal place to relax after a day visiting the Village, discovering over 160 years of history. The 10 cozy rooms offer glimpses of the landscape and reflect its past uses. For the bathrooms, the architects chose the Gessi316 collection with the Intreccio decor and HI-FI, an innovative thermostatic mixer. Guests can enjoy total wellness thanks to the gym and spa with a pool, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and grape must treatments. Outside, the heated pool with shower columns from the Gessi Outdoor Collection transfers the company's design outdoors, creating a harmonious fusion between interior and exterior.
