"Bosco", a term meaning forest in Italian, embodies the essence of the restaurant and pays homage to Romania’s celebrated untouched forests. The concept behind Bosco is deeply rooted in a commitment to nature, evident in every single detail. The extensive use of wood—from handcrafted furniture to decorative panels adorning the facade—creates an authentic connection with the environment. Meanwhile, the dishes, made from 100% organic clay, reflect a profound respect for sustainability. This approach goes beyond the culinary world. The same spirit of respect and care for the environment is also evident in the choice of Gessi design, especially with the Gessi 316 collection, inspired by the idea of "dressing" water with a material that is strong, durable, and elegant. The AISI 316L stainless steel, fully recyclable and low in carbon content, reduces the consumption of natural resources while lending a clean and minimal design to the spaces. This collection expresses harmony and perfection in its forms, embodying the concept of sustainable elegance. Photo Credits: Oleg Bajura
