An immersive experience between design and culture

During NYCxDESIGN 2026, Gessi hosted at Casa Gessi New York the exclusive event “Incastri: a dialogue of cultures, light and matter”, dedicated to the collection created in collaboration with Kengo Kuma.

For the occasion, Casa Gessi New York was transformed into an immersive setting where light, materials and atmosphere guided guests through the aesthetic universe of the collection. Through curated spaces, tactile surfaces and subtle reflections, the experience expressed the dialogue between Gessi’s design vision and the Japanese sensibility that inspires Incastri.

Signature cocktails and intimate atmospheres accompanied an evening designed to present Incastri through an immersive and sensory experience, reflecting a design vision that brings together culture, wellbeing and contemporary rituality.
