A restaurant project is added to Cantine Nervi in Gattinara, acquired by Roberto Conterno, a Monfortino wine producer who, from the Langhe territory, has decided to focus on the upper Piedmont Region. It is designed by the Primatesta architecture studio, inspired by the work of engineer Pier Luigi Nervi, known in the 1920s for his extraordinary grid constructions. An intimate, welcoming, and refined restaurant for true gourmets, complementing the cellar experience with a new way of dining out. A successful connection between cuisine, wine, and territory. Dark colors and minimalism of space, furnished with tables, armchairs, and stools from Riva 1920, echo the anthracite tones that emphasize the materials, glass, steel, wood, and Luserna stone used in the cellar. Cucine Nervi offers a transparent and intriguing experience, discovering in real-time an activity based on small local productions, direct relationships with suppliers, and the skilled transformation of raw materials. Four Gessi316 Kitchen semi-professional mixers take center stage in the kitchen workstations, while in the bathrooms, the solid essentiality of Gessi taps, designed in collaboration with David Rockwell, stands out.
