Located in Oia, a coastal town at the northern tip of the Greek Santorini Island in the Aegean Sea, characterised by the typical whitewashed houses carved into the rugged cliffs, just 7 km from the Orthodox cathedral, stands the imposing Abyss Hotel. The 6 rooms of the facility – which stands out for its pool and diving board – feature a living room with a comfortable sofa, a private pool, a furnished terrace, and views of the endless blue of the Caldera. Drawing inspiration from the unique textures and colours of the volcanic terrain, the island's first boutique design hotel offers an organic minimalist style in each of the spacious suites with vaulted ceilings, white walls, and black marble floors. For the open-air bathrooms of the Abyss rooms, the hotel chose the elegant and natural shape of the Gessi Goccia collection, in a golden finish, which represents not only a new product philosophy but also a new ecological awareness. The mixers are indeed equipped with technology that, without altering their functionality, allows for a 50% water saving, a precious resource to preserve everywhere, especially in the Cyclades islands.
