The impressive space of over 800 sqm at the Salone is a triumph of nature and color, lightness and transparency, a flight of butterflies around eleven “cocoons”, inside which you can find trunks similar to those of the great journeys of yesteryear, which hold the new Haute Culture 2024 creations as the most precious of jewels. The natural nuances and the use of materials such as very fine mesh metal nets, give lightness to the architecture of the space. The strong identity of the collections that are presented has led to the construction of a path in which each finds its maximum expression within the “cocoon” that surrounds and tells it. Different narratives enclosed in a single emotional journey to discover the culture of beauty and wellness. A protective shell for collections ready to take flight like butterflies.

The commitment that the company has always instilled in every process to safeguard the environment is also reflected in the scenography of the space created by the Interior Design Gessi Style Studio team: all the materials used in the set-up of the stand will be recycled. Furniture and other decorative elements, such as upholstery covered with fine Rubelli fabrics, will be relocated to other exhibition spaces at the end of the Salone.

With the new Incastri creation, i.e. Joinery, created in collaboration with Kengo Kuma, an internationally renowned Japanese architect and professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo, GESSI extends its vision to the entire bathroom environment. The inspiration is linked to the codes of the Japanese tradition of Chidori, an ancient play of joints, intersections, and overlaps, which frequently return in his works to create structures that recall architectural elements, in an exploration of natural materials, craftsmanship and design, a point of contact and perfect symbiosis with Gessi’s values and philosophy.

For the Kitchen world, Gessi presents an innovative solution for the coffee ritual and a new multifunctional proposal for the most convivial space in the home. Inside these showcases, new creations are kept like the most precious jewels. In the Atelier space near the garden, trunks reminiscent of those from grand journeys of the past convey the philosophy of Haute Culture Gessi in furniture design using the same language as high fashion.
