Gessi takes part in “Equip’Hotel” Fair in one futuristic and ecologist installation

Architecture and interior design agency Cread engaged in the ultimate challenge to give a new life and function to goods shipment containers.
The vision imposed by the agency creator Patricia Lasserre is that interior design must adapt to human needs. Her aim is to conceive and design an unusual and elegant product to deal with the issues of modern society and exploit the most advanced planning experience, techniques and technology available to this end.
The concept born from this proposition is to convert a goods shipment container into an elegant, durable and nomadic life space, suited to the new hospitality experts' needs: recycling, modularity, space optimization, mobility, speed of production, energetic efficiency, profitability. The name of the project is SensArt'Container, and it's conceived around human needs. SensArt’Container is also intended for those who are looking for a new lifestyle in one experiential habitat. Here all senses can be exalted thanks to one interior design stressing on a mind and body soothing contemplation of nature. The project proposes a unique sensorial travel pointed by the employment of different materials with different esthetical features and advanced technologies. SensArt'Container will be premiered at Equip'Hôtel, Paris, from 16 to 20 November 2014.
When Patricia Lasserre presented the futuristic concept of SensArt'Container the Gessi Project team was immediately fascinated. In fact the Project seems to stress on the same values that Gessi has always fostered: high design, creativity and respect of the environment.
The Goccia (drop) Collection by Gessi will be, therefore, part of the installation. The drop indeed is the ephemeral natural shape that inspired the unique design of this bathroom Collection. This design also bears the ecologist message to care for every single drop of water we use. Each faucet of the Collection allows for saving up to 50% of water in its use. Last but not least, the recycling/upcycling concept of the container project, stands as one call out from the opulence and the exasperate rhythm of the world of constructions, and it demands a more attentive considerationo of the beauty of authentic things and nature: the real luxuries of tomorrow.
